Casting a Spell on The Wax Coven’s Visual Identity

Our work with The Wax Coven based in Springfield, MO was all about crafting a visual presence as welcoming, powerful, and transformative as the space itself, we wanted to conjure that feeling for their current and potential clients. More than just a waxing studio, The Wax Coven is a sanctuary—an inclusive, no-judgment zone where self-care is a ritual and confidence is the most potent magic of all.

Brewing Up a Seamless Brand Experience

The Wax Coven isn’t here for outdated beauty standards or one-size-fits-all ideals. They offer a waxing experience rooted in empowerment, body neutrality, and a touch of everyday magic. At Kidsister, we worked to create a collection of visuals that reflect this ethos—images and designs that feel warm, shame-free, celebratory, informative, and enchanting.

A Collaboration Rooted in Intention

Working closely with Cadie and Alyssa, The Wax Coven’s founders, we made sure every creative decision aligned with their mission. Whether it was capturing the warmth of their team, infusing materials into their photography with their signature blend of modern and mystical, or ensuring every client—women, men, and non-binary folks alike—felt represented in the visuals, our goal was to honor the spirit of The Wax Coven in every detail.

This connection to their mission led us to create a collection of assets that don’t just market services—they cultivate an experience, honor the ritual, and make sure every client leaves feeling radiant, empowered, and maybe just a little bit spellbound.
